I have a soft spot for Besson's work after The Professional and The Fifth Element so I will reserve judgement for the time being. What I did get from the trailer is that Lucy is basically Limitless but with more ass kicking. That's not necessarily a bad thing but Scarlett Johansson's acting isn't always solid and that may hinder what may be a solid story. We'll find out in August if Johansson can carry an action film on her own.
