Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness had fans salivating yesterday as the third Star Log podcast premiered on the Square Enix Presents YouTube channel. a huge amount of new information on the game was released and four trailers were cut from the overall podcast. The reason why I only say “trilogy” is that one of the trailers really offered no information, nor did it showcase any worthwhile gameplay. Regardless, click here if you want to see it. The first trailer above breaks down the gameplay outside of combat and shows how things work. After that, two new characters were introduced. Emmerson appears to be some form of hunter as he uses a crossbow for ranged attacks. That does not mean that he cannot mix it up CQC style though! take a look at his trailer:
As impressive as he is, I saved the best for last. Emmerson has a partner named Anne and she is possibly the most hardcore character in the game. Anne is a brawler who is always at the center of the action. Think Tifa Lockhart minus the uh, “blessings.” With combos that look like they belong in a Capcom game, she will be a valuable asset to this team. Take a look at her in action:
