What TV show would you save from doom?

Sadly, it's that time of year again. The time of year where TV networks are deciding what shows they are going to axe, and what shows they are keeping around for another season. Unfortunately folks, prepare to wait for most of the outcomes as the Network Upfronts are in mid-May.

Several of our faves have already gotten the green light, and the happy news of no pink slips for their cast and crews. Others, not so lucky – having gotten the hatchet already. I am going to break down what we know so far for you, so put down the Zoloft and shotguns please.

Pickups already announced:

Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, Smallville, Fringe, Community, The Office, 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation, Modern Family, The Middle, The Amazing Race, Survivor, The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Family Guy, American Dad, The Cleveland Show, Bones, Glee, The Simpsons, Friday Night Lights (this will be the last season), NCIS:Los Angeles, Law & Order, Nurse Jackie and United States of Tara, Castle.

Shows  already cancelled:

24 , LOST (we already knew this was the last season), ‘Till Death, Past Life, Dollhouse, Hank and Three Rivers. (I must say, I have no idea what some of these even are, so oh well.)

Every year, E! Online's Kristin Dos Santos holds a “Save One Show” Campaign which allows readers to vote on the one TV show they want to see live to fight another day. (Usually, the winner does end up getting picked up.) I highly recommend that you go and vote, like I did already (for Chuck!!) This shows on life support this time around are as follows:

Accidentally on Purpose (CBS),  Better Off Ted (ABC),  Castle (ABC),  Chuck (NBC),  FlashForward (ABC), The Forgotten (ABC),  Ghost Whisperer (CBS),  Heroes (NBC) , Human Target (Fox), Life Unexpected (The CW), Medium (CBS),  Melrose Place (The CW),  Mercy (NBC), Numb3rs (CBS), One Tree Hill (The CW), Parenthood (NBC), Scrubs (ABC), Sons of Tuscon (Fox), Trauma (NBC) and V (ABC) .
