Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson continues to build an impressive resume as he jumps back into the sword and sandal genre years after The Scorpion King. While a lot trademark Hercules labors are showcased including the Nemean Lion, Hydra and even Cerberus there is concern that Brett Ratner‘s involvement will hinder this film since. Ratner hasn’t really had a successful box office film in quite sometime so he needs this to succeed and there is a part of me that feels he might because the Rock has the presence to pull this off.
