1st Impression: House of the Rising Sun

Dave Batista has gone from WWE superstar to aspiring MMA fighter and now he adds more acting roles to his resume with House of the Rising Sun. This isn’t Batista’s first foray into acting as he has been on countless TV shows including Chuck  and Smallville. He also starred with Rob Vam Dam in Wrong Side of Town which you can find on Netflix on demand and is must see for purely comedic purposes . Batista of course has been trying to get into MMA and was rumored to be fighting for Strikeforce with a potential match with Bobby Lashley almost a certainty. With the acquisition of Strikeforce by Zuffa and Bobby Lashley’s departure it seems that the possibilities of this match happening are slim.  Besides House of the Rising Sun you will see Batista in a Scorpion King sequel and in the martials arts film The Man with the Iron Fists alongside RZA and Russell Crowe.
