Empire showed off its February 2014 issue with Captain America, Black Widow and the Winter Solider. I like the modifications that were made Cap’s costume especially the helmet which now is more streamlined and less bulb like. The Winter Soldier definitely translates well to the big screen in terms of appearance. What do you guys think of Cap’s costume? Let’s hear it in the comments.
