Dan Slott’s run on Spider-Man comes to an end but Marvel is ready for the next run of adventures for your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man with Nick Spencer taking the reigns this summer.
My Take: Marvel’s weird numbering rationale still has me annoyed after this past week’s episode The Variant Issue but no amount of complaining from me is going to change that. The new Spider-Man run kicks off this summer but fans will get a sneak peek of the new creative team in action courtesy of a Free Comic Day edition of Amazing Spider-Man #1. I am definitely interested in seeing how Spidey is handled in the post-Dan Slott era.
