Dragon Ball FighterZ is on its third wave of DLC, and while Goku #50 is nice, there are so many great characters in the Dragon Ball universe to add to the game, and none are more deserving than Master Roshi. Roshi has been a part of Dragon Ball since Goku was a kid, and while I am glad to see him join the game, I honestly felt that Roshi should have been a launch character alongside Yamcha, Tien, and Piccolo. Nonetheless, the turtle hermit is officially in the game, and fans can expect to see many of his signature attacks along with a few other tricks. Please don’t take my word for it, though, and check out the trailer below to see Master Roshi in action.
Master Roshi joins Kefla and Ultra Instinct Goku, who are both available now in the third wave of DLC, leaving just two unrevealed characters. Look for Roshi to appear in your season three pass in September. Season pass owners will get some advance playtime with Master Roshi before he becomes available to non-season pass holders.
Dragon Ball FighterZ has been on sale quite a few times throughout the summer, so take advantage and grab this great fighting game on either Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, or PC. The first two season passes have been on sale often as well.
