Mortal Kombat 11 is welcoming its first wave of new DLC characters and we are not only getting some returning characters like Sindel, Nightwolf and Shang Tsung but some new faces including the Arnold Schwarzenegger Terminator T-800, The Joker, and Spawn. Nightwolf and Shang Tsung are available to use now and here is the release schedule for the remaining fighters:
- T-800: October 8, 2019
- Sindel: November 26, 2019
- Joker: January 28, 2020
- Spawn: March 17, 2020
Each DLC character will have plenty of gear and skin options to choose from plus there will 19 additional skins being added to the game via this pack.
On a personal note, I feel all the designs are solid with the exception of the Joker who I feel has an overall weak design and looks like someone pretending to be the Joker versus the more comic book accurate design the character has had in past games. His design in previous games was pretty solid but this one could definitely be better. We can only hope that the bundled skins allow gamers to choose a more comic accurate design.
