The 4W review is something that RAGE Works is known for. It is our way of providing a quick and easy-to-digest assessment of toys, collectibles, games, apps, and tech that comes through our doors. While we love our long-form reviews and aren’t doing away with them, there are certain items that can be reviewed and assessed in a more condensed style, which allows for more content to be reviewed, which is never a bad thing.
So, what makes up a 4W review?
The 4W review is broken up into our four criteria, which are as follows:
- What is the product, and what are its specs?
- What does it do?
- What do or don’t we like about it?
- What is noteworthy about the product?
Parts of this criteria may be tweaked to align with certain products, like action figures or apps.
Beyond that criteria is “My Take,” aka my final thoughts/verdict, which adds a bit more context to the review and is a callback to our original flagship podcast, My Take Radio. Keep an eye out for some 4W reviews dropping in the coming weeks.
