The Ultimate Marvel Universe is loved and hated by fans, but it yielded some great stories and characters including Ultimate Spider-Man, Ultimate X-Men and of course The Ultimates. If the rumors of Ultimate Spider-Man heading to the 616 universe are to be believed then it is not a shocker that Marvel is wiping the Ultimate slate. While I think the Ultimate Marvel universe has breathed life into many characters I can imagine that maintaining two sets of mythology for their iconic characters wears thin. Sadly you will have to wait till Summer 2015 to find out the future your favorite Ultimate Marvel title.
