While next-gen console gamers will have to wait till November to experience WWE 2K15 the perks announced for Xbox 360 and PS3 versions are definitely not sub par. 2K announced the new Who got NXT game mode exclusive for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Who got NXT is a campaign mode focusing on five well-known NXT superstars- Sami Zayn, Adrian Neville, Rusev, Corey Graves and the former NXT champion Bo Dallas. Each superstar has their own chapter which must be completed in order to unlock them for use on the main WWE 2K15 roster.
Once all five are unlocked you'll be able to use them in a new match mode called Proving Ground. The Proving Ground match is similar to the Undertaker's Defeat the Streak mode last seen in WWE 2K14. If you never played WWE 2K14 the Defeat the Streak mode the premise is pretty self explanatory as you choose a superstar to break the Undertaker's undefeated streak. The goal for Proving Ground is defeating the face of WWE and WWE 2K15 cover athlete John Cena.
Check out the screenshots for Proving Ground as well as some action shots from both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 showcasing the NXT superstars in action.
