DC Comics Expand Free Comic Book Day Offerings For Younger Readers

0

Free Comic Book Day has evolved over the years and in addition to the day becoming a huge day for local comic book stores it has also become even bigger for publishers who not only take the day to tease new arcs, stories, characters, and new ideas but also welcome new fans who may be picking up a comic book for the first time. If you're a comic fan and you have young children FCBD becomes a golden opportunity for you to introduce them to the hobby without sacrificing personal books or coming out of pocket too much.

Last year I saw an increase in books for young children and this year will surely see an even larger increase in those offerings since DC Comics will be offering books from their young reader imprints DC Zoom and DC Link in alongside their other FCBD offerings. Young readers will get the opportunity to check out stories featuring Catwoman and Raven from the Titans as well as the Justice League. Check out full descriptions for the books below along with some artwork.
