While COVID-19 has canceled and altered the convention landscape for the immediate future, companies remain committed to getting convention exclusives into the hands of fans. Our friends at Diamond Select have a ton of SDCC Exclusives that need homes after the cancellation of SDCC 2020. Check out all the SDCC convention exclusives Diamond Select has on deck.
Burning Godzilla
This 10-inch tall PVC diorama captures the kaiju king as he appeared in the 1995 Godzilla v. Destroyah film rising out of a sea of lava. This burning look was recreated in Godzilla: King of the Monsters. The diorama is designed by Joe Allard and is sculpted by Jorge Santos Souza. As is to be expected with an SDCC exclusive this piece is limited to 3000 pieces and has a suggested retail price of $70.00
Iron Giant Cosmo Burger Action Figure
Diamond Select has never disappointed when it comes to their Iron Giant collectibles, and this new 7-inch action fully articulated figure is no exception. This Iron Giant figure recreates the billboard for the Cosmo Burger food chain, where the Iron Giant would hide and pretend to be part of the billboard. The packaging recreates that iconic moment from the film while also allowing potential buyers to trigger the light-up eyes feature the action figure has. This Iron Giant figure is limited to 3,000 pieces. The suggested retail price for this figure is $40.00 and can be Pre-ordered below via Gentle Giant.
Unmasked Jungle Predator PVC Diorama
The iconic Predator from the 1987 film is unmasked in this new Predator Gallery piece from Diamond Select. Measuring 10-inches tall, this ultra-detailed piece would be a welcome addition to any Predator fan’s collection. This Predator piece is designed by Caesar and sculpted by Alterton, and much like the other SDCC exclusives is limited to 3,000 pieces. The suggested retail price will be $49.99, which is an excellent value for such an impressive PVC piece. Pre-order yours below!
While all the pieces can be purchased directly from Diamond Select, you can also check your local comic book and specialty retailers as well. During these tough times, we encourage you to support your local shops whenever possible to ensure their survival.
