The Xbox One continues to carve out its home theater footprint with the arrival of Fox Now app. Fox Now launched a little over a year ago and has been released on a load of platforms including iOS, Android, Windows 8, [simpleazon-link asin=”B00F5NB7JK” locale=”us”]Roku[/simpleazon-link], Xbox 360 and on Samsung Smart TV’s. Xbox One has sold two million units and continues to be marketed as the backbone of the new home theater experience.
Fox Now will be available for Xbox Gold members who customers of AT&T U-Verse, Comcast, Cablevision, Dish and FIOS or any of the other participating providers (click here for a full list of providers and supported hardware). Fox Now users will get next day access to full episodes from Fox’s primetime lineup including Almost Human, Sleepy Hollow and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Fox’s Animation Domination lineup will also be available.
Fox Now on Xbox One will make full use Kinect navigation as well as Xbox SmartGlass for a more immersive experience. SmartGlass users will also be able to enjoy second screen features during live broadcasts.
