HBO Max has been in the news lately, and most of it has been for shows and movies being removed, which has hurt a lot of the fanfare the service was previously receiving. Today’s news may not affect your favorite shows or movies on the service, but they will affect your wallet as effective today, January 12, 2023, the ad-free cost of HBO Max will increase from $14.99 to $15.99 plus applicable taxes.
