I only know a select group of people that have seen this. While it is not a classic like Friday the 13th or Halloween it definitely held its own. With plenty of nudity and bloodshed floating around it never reached the mass appeal other horror films did. The trailer for this movie was just campy and r-rated as the film itself. The Driller Killer definitely belongs amongst the slasher film elite.
