The highly anticipated trailer based on the best-selling book is upon us. Many people I know have compared the story to Battle Royale which is fair to say but based on the trailer it looks like the characters are more layered to provide a deeper connection with audiences unlike BR which focused more on shock and awe. Like many book adaptations that have hit the silver screen the buzz has been overwhelming. I only hope that the film trilogy does the books justice. Have any of you read the books? What are your expectations for this film?
