For years fans have been anxiously awaiting a remaster of the iconic Batman: The Animated Series cartoon on Blu-ray. I am happy to report that fans won’t have to wait long to add this amazing series to their Blu-ray library as Warner Brothers made the announcement last night during the San Diego Comic-Con.
The box set will contain remasters of every episode in the series as well as remasters of Batman: Mask of the Phantasm and Batman & Mr. Freeze Subzero. You will also get a new featurette, audio commentaries, art book and three Funko Pop! figures as well.
