Outriders has been gaining steam as Square Enix has given us their multiple Broadcast streams. One of the first titles confirmed to be on next-gen (and current) platforms now has a release date. People Can Fly and Square Enix are proud to announce when we can play the game. Current and next-generation PlayStation and Xbox players along with PC gamers can look for this game on February 21, 2021. Google Stadia players will have to wait a bit and the platform does not yet have a release date.
Outriders Brings Us All Together!
Look for full cross-play compatibility across all formats when the game drops. Everyone will be able to play with everyone! Finally, the two big consoles will play nice with one another and the PC. Hopefully, this will be a trend for games going forward.
If you are not a new console early adopter, there is no need to fear! Players who purchase Outriders on current-gen consoles will be able to upgrade from PS4 to PS5 for free.* Players can also upgrade from Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S for free with Smart Delivery.
