I really feel like this is the age of the indie developer. It seems like they are the only ones putting out games that are not remakes these days. This time, we have the people at Dlala Studious bringing us what I can only call “Smash Bros. meets Uno.” If that intrigues you, then you are definitely going to want to check out Overruled!, which became available this past Tuesday. Overruled! allows up to four people to beat the crap out of each other repeatedly, but it throws some new ingredients into the stew. Over thirty rule cards can change up the gameplay in the blink of an eye across multiple game modes.
