Ladies and gentlemen, it’s TIME!
Yes, it literally is time to make some major cash in Grand Theft Auto Online. This is perhaps the biggest opportunity that Rockstar has given to date. With double RP and double the payout on the Pacific Standard Job, players are potentially splitting a heist tke of up to $2,500,000! For those of you that hate math, here is how it splits if you go with the default: heist leader gets 55% or $1,375,000 (more than the regular take for this heist). The other three members get up to $375,000 each. Considering that each setup mission usually pays out around $20,000 to the non-leader members, the three people can score over half a million dollars if they stick it in for the long haul. An individual heist can take an hour or more depending on how good (or not so good) your crew is. For that payout, it is worth the time. August 3-9, get your heist on people, because there is no telling when or if Rockstar will ever give an opportunity like this again!
Also, don’t forget that Rockstarhas added bonuses for some of the more regular tasks as well. Earn double RP for the following:
- Deathmatch: Finish in Top 3, Run Over and Kill an Enemy Using a Vehicle
- Missions: Not Losing Any Lives Bonus
- Races: Clean Lap, Fastest Lap, First for Whole Lap, Get Into 1st Place, Overtake Player 5 Times, Overtake Player 10 Times, Slipstream for 5 Seconds
- Simeon Car Export Requests
- Stunt Jumps
- Survival: Enemy Kill, Vehicle Destroyed
Look for special deals on gear and vehicles throughout the week as well. They are not to be missed! I can tell you that I scored a Hydra, Insurgent and Insurgent Pickup all for less than the regular cost of the Hydra ($3M!). Once you have completed this heist, expect a (probable) sale on the Lectro bike at some point this week.
